I'd like to install a new CD Player in a 1998 Monte Carlo LS. But, I cannot figure out how to remove the panel from the dash. I'd appreciate any directions or information. Thanks a lot...

I don't know the answer(My first head unit was installed 2/+ years ago from factory and I knew crap then, so I don't even remember what the interface looks like.) If you can't find someone here that knows I can have my friend with his Lumina come over and look it over but I'm not sure if the Lumina is exactly the same. I've come to find the 98 Monte Carlo has a LOT of annoying little nuisances that make stuff complicated. Just a warning on that. Don't know how hard that'd make the HU switch, but as I said, if you don't get a reply on here I'll look at my buddy's Lumina later.

k here is a site with the instructions but it woudl cost abotu 5 bux. Ive used this site before. I have bought a couple instructions cuz some peoples car i cant figure it out. very detailed pics worth the 5 bux.
