Hi
I'm doing a speaker replacement on a 1992 Cutlass Supreme. I'm replacing the 4" speakers in the dash. Just wondering if anyone knows a good way of getting at them easy, or how to remove the dash panel to get at the speakers.
Any help would be appreciated, thanks,
Brent
Tell the customer they don't want 4" speakers in the dash, charge them more to make some nice custom kicks, problem solved. ;-) Seriously, I only responded to /bump this. I hope someone can help you out.

I would love to know how to do this as well, because I have a 94 Cutlass, and I have yet to even bother with the front speakers; I plan on it soon, but I remember looking at them the first week I owned the car and asking myself "now how the hell do you get those out?"
I wish I had attempted this one sooner, or I would be more help.

eh? what did you just say?
well there will either be a grill on the dash surface (which you would remove) or the grill will actually be the perforated surface of the dash pad itself in which case you remove the entire dash of the vehicle to mount them... sometimes they mount from the underside of the dash and you only have to remove the glove box and cluster... also, they are likely 3 1/2 " not 4".....
removing the dash pad is simply a tedious job of removing all the screws that hold it in place and taking it out....
