Now, as a consumer, that tells me I need to look elsewhere with my dollars.

Unaaceptable fellas.  I'd skip it and get something else.  Yeah the product is nice but even the best can be worthless if it is vaporware when you try to buy it. I truly hope that they get their problems sqaured away (sales team, distrib, channell) I just would not wait.

I got ahold of them over the phone on 2 occasions to ask questions. They were not the friendliest bunch, but provided the info I needed. It is a good product and would leave it up to you to decide who/what you purchase. I've waited on Adire for some time now and there was no communication there either when or if a product was available, but still plan on getting the new Brahma's when they release them. I guess just make sure that is what you want before you go through the trouble of ordering from them. I say call them directly if you are serious about contacting them.
