if attaching an aftermarket amp to a factory head unit (that ran a factory amp) in a 99 dodge dakota with stock infinity sound. what wire should be used as the amp turn on lead? the one marked ACC or  ANT  i assume this is accessory and antena (sp?) but i wasnt sure which one was correct because to my knowledge no dodge trucks came with power antenas. i dont have a multimeter so i cant just see which one is cold and gets hot when the truck is on. any help is appreciated. thanks

The blue wire will power up the factory amp.

Use the ACC wire.  This is your accessory power.  If you use the antenna wire, you amp will only work when your listening to am/fm, not cd's.  It may have a power antenna wire because they use the same harness as dodge suv's and cars that have power antennas.
