Is there an adapter I could use with my Pioneer Premier 860 to keep the steering wheel remote with the after market deck (it needs to be hard wired) Also is there an adapter for the aux input for the stock deck to use with the after market deck

a company named Pac makes this adapter and the model number is SWI-X for steering wheel controls

Is that one hard wired? ... is pac a good make?
