Put a pioneer 2700 in a simple deck install. Everything worked fine until the customer came back. She only listens to one station(99.5). Turns out when the car is running she gets horrible static and engine whine on this one station. No other station. Everything comes in fine. When the engine is off the station comes in clear. We already switched the radio and the ground on car, and the antenna. We can't figure out the problem so help us.

No we didn't. We don't think that would work because it's only the one station.

Well we tried something else. We hooked up the power and ground to our test bench and used the same speakers in the car. We still got a whine in there. But it wasn't as bad, still noticable. Need help quick.

Used the test antenna and no difference. I just don't understand how it can be just the one station that usually comes in crystal clear. I'm not kidding when I say every other station comes in crystal clear. Another installer of 8 years has said to have never seen this before. It just doesn't make any sense.
