I need help installing my system, i have had it installed before but now its not working and i just bought a 96' Chrysler.  I hooked it up like i have in the past, I have a pioneer player, 2 200 watt nxs subs, and a 500 watt Xplode amp, before the light on the amp was green and meant that it was working, obviousoy, but now its red and it wont work, i have no idea why, if anyone would want to email me with simple instructions on how to install my system, or post here, i would greatly appreciate it.

Check your connections. You may have something unplugged or something touching. Use a DMM  to make sure you have 12volts on your power, remote (with the radio on), and that your ground is fine.

Disconnect all speakers and RCA's.  Now, if you only supply the amp with power, ground, and turn on, check to see if the red light is illuminated.  If the light is still lit up, then you've got a faulty amp.  Otherwise, the problem lies elsewhere.  Ohm out your subs and make sure you're not hooking them up below the safe limit of the amp.
