what's the background sign say? West Coast Customs?

If that is a product they are pushing it probably doesn't work as well as what they say it does.

yea its on there site, not pimp my ride but an actual customer, its on a pretty sweetly redone Grand National and was wondering why they opted to install this item, since it probably wasn't given to them like the stuff on pimp my ride
