I was originally going to build a show/sound quality system but I realized it takes a lot of time and money. Now I just want something that sounds good. I also realized all the equipment would weigh down my car and I did not want that. I would like to be able to use my trunk and the rear fold down seats (the reason for the baffle) but still have a system that sounds good and won't break the bank. I currently have two DLS OA12s in a baffle (that I was told needs to be redone) powered by their A6 amp. I plan to upgrade to the factory (Audi) navigation headunit one day (with in the year) and replace the factory speakers and amp (Bose). What is the best route to take and could any one recommend some equipment (even new subs if needed). Thanks every one!

You started out great, I love that dls stuff but I think you should have gone with one of the many other lines instead of the free air subs, their products are great, but you have yo line the product with the price.
The A6 is the 1200 mono right? thats a little to much power isinit? I would reccomend keeping the amp and get the W712 from dls they'hit you around 200 each i think. Those w712's will pound like he'll and they dont need much air space, good luck

The amp is rated at 500 but I think it pushes out more like 750 or so. I talked to a local shop (one of the few I actually like - Traffic Jams) and were going to work on redoing some stuff. He said keep the baffle but maybe some new equipment.
