I will be running two amps and an additional power wire for my accessories (neon, tv, dvd). I know that I will need a distribution block, but does it need to be fused? Or can I just use one big fuse at the battery to allow for all components connected to my power wire. My two amps are us amps 200 and 600.

Yes, you need to fuse each item off the distro. Anytime you change wire size you will need a fuse. Your main power fuse or circuit breaker should be 18" or so from the battery. Next you will need a fused distro block, or individual fuses when you tap the main power wire. Find out what size fuse each item takes, add them up and then check what size wire you will need and the required amperage is for your main fuse or c.b. Don't skimp on these parts. Spend the money and get quality stuff.
