I need a harness to hook up a sony radio in a 99 Chrysler sebring sedan. Will I need an antena adapter?

Yoyu will need the following from Metra:

44-CR87AntennaWorksCHRYSLER/PLYMOUTH/DODGE '84-UP
70-1817MetraWireCHRYSLER/PLYMOUTH/DODGE/JEEP 1985-UP - INTO CAR

Or from Scosche:

Wiring Harness: CR01 

Retail Antenna Adapter: CR311
