I have a set of Blaupunkt PCW693 (I think thats the correct number) in boxes in the rear cab section of my truck.  My question is, can I port these boxes to the "dead" frequency between my sub and mid-ranges (5.25 conponent set).  Will this fill that frequency.  Will this harm the speakers.  Also, what is the "dead" frequency between the sub and midranges.

Ported box for a 6x9? it won't exactly help you any... i think they sound much better in a sealed box.

What frequencies exactly are you not getting with your subs, mids, and tweets? Seriously?
