I need help attaching the wiring to the head unit from the amp. I have the ground attached and the batt attached, but i am not sure of how to hook up the REM to the head unit. The head unit has the rem blue wire that isd just looped back to the wiring connector. Do i just Splice into it?

Connect the blue remote wire out of the JVC head unit to the remote turn on connection of the amp.

Pull on the loop of wire and the loose end you will connect up to the REM wire that you are running to the amp.

I connected everything together. I ran my battery wire with fuse in it to the amp, ran the REM wire strait to the amp from hea unit, and hooked up my ground. My amp isn't getting power and i don't know why?

turn the key off!!!!

run a jumper wire from the 12V+ to the remote on amp and see if it powers up. if it does then its a bad remote signal.

if it doesnt turn on then the 12V+ is bad.

this is all considering that the amp is good.
