I have a cd player with 2 RCA outs.I have a 4 channel amp with a rca aux out.Can i run a set of rca's from the aux to my subwoofer amp without have to split the 2 sets i have.

Yes, that should be a full range line out. See if the amplifier has settings to adjust for it, such as which preamp line in is used for the pass thru (front or rear channels).
