Hi,
is it possible to change how a pioneer head unit skips between frequencies. For example changing from 0.2 to 0.1?

This has been grought up in the past because the European tuners are set to the odd decimal places and the North American tuners are set to the even decimal places. I don't think anyone on the forums have been able to reset the software to allow you to switch between the two units.
