Help,

I cannot find any pin diagram for the 2003 or even a 2002 GMC Yukon Denali.  I have installed a Nokia handsfree kit for my cell phone and would like the radio to mute when receiving or making calls.  Anyone have a wiring diagram for the radio?

It looks to be a Delphi Delco Electronics stereo with CD and cassette with connections to a 6-disc in-dash CD Changer.

Help,
Keith

I don't believe that there is an actual cell phone mute wire on the factory radio, but I could be wrong.  There may be a way to tie into onstar to mute the radio but I have not done this.   If you really wanted this feature you could use relays to break connection on one of the speaker wires for each speaker and have the hands free kits mute wire activate the relays and break the radio's connection with the speakers.

I had basically the same question. I am wondering if there is a way for the cell mute signal from the hands free kit to work with the MUTE button that is located on the steering wheel. Does anyone know what type of signal is sent to the radio when that button is pushed?
