What is the max amount of power they can handle.

If you have 75W RMS going to your 6x9 and you connect the tweeters with 75W RMS feeding to them, you could damage them if you do not balance the input.

A 400 watt tweeter system? posted_image NOT!!! Chinese, no-name, swap-o-rama knock-off, 20 watt tweeters, I bet...

Wire them in parallel with any speaker system in the car (except your sub). They are piezo tweeters, and their impedance is so high, they will not even be seen by any amplifier you hook them to.

It all reminds me of something that Molière once said to Guy de Maupassant at a café in Vienna: "That's nice. You should write it down."

When I Amped my Fronts and Rears, i left my "Stock Tweeters" hooked up to my head unit and my sound is fine.

Yes, you can connect directly to the speaker wire that feeds the door speakers.  Either into the wire itself or at the speaker terminal.  This goes directly to your tweeter crossover, which then feeds the tweeter what it wants the tweeter to get.

Build the box so that it performs well in the worst case scenario and, in return, it will reward you at all times.
