1998 cadi deville with factory theft alarm system. car will crank but no turn over.... theft light indicator flashes on cluster. "theft system problem, car may not restart".  need to know how to by pass or reprogram system to start...

any help???????????

You mean it cranks but won't start.  Is this a factory key or a copy?  If it's a copy it will not work.  If it's the original key, it's time to visit GM.
