Hi,

I have 2x Mac Audio Premium 300 12" subs and I want to buy a 2-channel amp to run them, wither bridges 2-ohm or 2 channel 4 ohm (subs are SVC 4Ohm)

The model number says 300, the power is rated at 200 nominat, 400 maximum power handling. Does this mean I can run them with 400 rms? i used them before with an Alpine MRV1000 V12 and they were fine, but I don't know what the RMS power rating on the Alpine is. I have since sold the Alpine so i need to buy a new amp.

thanks

Nominal is continuous- you can run them at 200 watts rms.
