I know this question is WAY off topic of this forum but...

I want to know if its possiable to use CAT5E cable to make RCA Component cable for my computer to my tv ... would it work and how well would it work and would I build it ?

Cat 5 cable can be made into good quality audio interconnects, but it's not good for video as it's not 75-ohm cable.
