Did eclipse drop the titanium series subwoofers?

I'm ordering 2 12" subs soon, and was looking around at them, they are rare to find on ebay, and eclipse's website doesen't list them on their site.

Did they discontinue them?

I would say......more than likely as they have been around as the same driver for a number of years now. If you want them, better snap them up quick from a authorized dealer.

A very good alternative to the Ti woofers (and I know, as I've had both) would be a TC1000 from TC Sounds in San Diego.

Customer service is awesome too!

TC sounds made the 2 TI series subs. the TC1000 wont hold a candle the the TI pro i have seen well over 10k rms on a single ti pro burp after burp...

Never SAID they were a head to head woofer... Just said it's a very good alternative. It also doesn't DEMAND the kind of power a Ti does.

I know all about the Ti woofers... I hade a 10, and a 12, both were run off the DA7232, for almost 2700 WRMS... I am fully aware of how capable those woofers are.

So the TC sounds TC1000 subwoofer is equivalent to the Eclipse titanium subwoofers?

What else is comparable to the eclipse titanium 12" subwoofers in around the same price range or even cheaper?

I'm pushing my RF 1000a2 amp.

I'm looking for something loud, and can take it.

I was thinking of maybe 1 15" MTX 9500....

What do you guys think?
