I am upgrading to a big 3.
1) I have a 1/0 cable from Battery (+) terminal to a 200amp inline fuse near battery, leaving inline to two 1-farad caps (near amps), and then to a power distribution block which holds four 50amp fuses. I have a 4awg cable leaving from each 50amp fuse connecting to a Amp. Each of the four amps located at the back of the crew cab have a 4awg ground cable going to a ground distribution block and then to a 1/0 cable.
My battery has cables going from the (-) post to the firewall, to the mounting bolt of the starter, and from the mounting bolt of the starter to the frame.
The questions I have:
1) Do I run the 1/0 ground cable from the ground distribution block out the back of the cab and ground to frame?
2) Should I run a 1/0 cable from the (-) battery terminal to the fire wall and the frame?
3) Do I run a 1/0 cable from the mounting bolt of the starter to the frame? or can I run a 1/0 cable straight from the alternator mounting bolt to Battery (-) terminal and or frame?
4) Is it ok to run 1/0 cable from the Battery (+) terminal to the (+) of the alternator? I have the 1/0 cable.
Thank you for your reply.

4) yes this should be done, this line also needs a fuse on it.
3) run the - battery post to the alternator mounting bolt is fine.
2) yes
1) read the what is a proper ground sticky. Sometimes it is indeed possible to get a good ground inside the vehicle cabin.
