I recently purchased a eclipse 5331 esn cd receiver model year 1997 also a a/d/s m0del p640 same year I was told its a six channel and a jl 8'' sub w3 looking to install into a 1994 toy-tercel i plan on replacing the stock speakers with aftermarket can anyone recommend some speakers for around $100 per pair i plan on replacing all four . I have to take it to a shop for install can anyone recommend a good setup ? should I let them go ahead and make decisions on how everything should be wired or can someone make some recomondations on how I should power the speakers or set up the amp for the best sound? please trying to save some money before christmas . thanks mike p. my email balladinurgency@yahoo.com

If you are going to have a shop install the equipment for you, why not just let the shop you choose sell you your replacement speakers? Then you will get the warranty on at least those speakers.

Twelvoltz has given you good advice.  You are apparently too uninformed at this time (and considering the short time you have to work with) to plow through random internet advice over good one-on-one at your local shop.  Your speaker cost expectations are probably unreasonably low.  Given your budget, your shop will likely advise purchase of a front set of speakers now with a future addition to the rear.
