I am looking for a module that will lock my doors when the car is started (or put in drive) and unlock my doors when the car is shut off.

Is there any module out there, without the alarm, without the keyless entry, just an ignition-controlled door lock system by itself?

I didn't notice anything too specific to my application. I know it would use a relay, but I am looking for a more computerized system, where it would lock the doors 3 seconds after I turn on the car, or put it into gear. Not that the 3 seconds are important to me, but I didnt see anything too sophisticated on the relay section, althought it has some nice stuff that I am going to read up on later.

I am just hoping the Audiovox APS997 will have the ability to do it.

I have seen what you are looking for somewhere on the sight. But I too am not able to find it. Maybe the POWERS above will see this and point you in the right direction.
