I am having a problem getting the lock/unlock to fire via the new remotes. Everything else has installed without a hitch and the remote starter works. Following the instructions I connected the Lock output (green) to light blue (drivers kick panel) and the Unlock output (blue) to white (drivers kick panel). There were not instructions for hooking up the red 12v relay trigger. I have tested both the light blue and the white wires in the kick panel and they test hot when lock and unlock is pressed from the door switch. When I hit lock or unlock on the remote I can hear the remote starter box click but the lock/unlock does not seem to trigger. Am I missing something? thanks in advance.

All the Scytek units I have worked with have negative pulse outputs for the power locks.  A '95 Monte Carlo uses a positive pulse power door lock system.  You'll either need a doorlock polarity invertor or a pair of relays to change the negative output to a positive output.  Then I believe your locks will work fine.
