I am working on hooking up a PKUCH2X on a 06 Commander.
My questions is concerning 3 wires on the bypass module:
1. Purple (STARTER INPUT) --- do I hook this up to my starter output wire from the Remote start unit ??
2. Pink (IGNITION INPUT) -- do I hook this up to my 2nd ignition from the remote start unit ??
3. Pink/White (DISARM INPUT) -- do I need to hook up this wire with a (-) alarm output wire from the remote start even if I am not using keyless entry functions?? or can I leave it unhooked.
Any help is greatly appreciated.
1. Attach to the starter wire on the remote starter
2. Attach to the first ignition at the remote starter
3. Attach to the OEM ALARM DISARM wire from the remote starter.

It should be connected to the (+) heavy gauge starter output from your RS, which should also be connected to the pink/orange starter wire on the car.

See answer 1 - since you only have one (+) ignition wire to hook up to I would suggest using your 1st ignition from the RS for that and for the ignition input to the PKU-CH2X. If you hook up to the 2nd ignition the PKU might get confused(2nd ign. isn't connected to 1st ign. inside the RS.

Probably not - generally Chryslers will disarm once the ignition's turned on if they are seeing a valid transponder. I'd leave that wire free till the rest of the install was finished. If, when you're remotely starting with the [U]factory alarm armed the horn honks once or twice, you can hook this wire up to your RS's factory disarm output.

Thanks for the replies.
That certainly answers all my questions.
I'll let you know how the install goes.
