now i have a clif matrix rs 3.5 with ony the antenna wiring. but i also have a viper 350 hv. now what i wanna know is can i use the wiring from my viper to do a complete security and remote start with the cliffor using the viper wiring though the 350 did not come with remote start capabilities?

you can't- you can add the antenna and make it a respiinder alarm. then you could get a valet 561t add on remote start to the alarm and do it that way.
