How do you put it into "vibrate" mode?

Vibration mode on or off

Note : Step 2 must be completed within 15 seconds. If not, start over at
step 1.

Tones will sound for confirmation
STEP 1 Press buttons II and III for 2 seconds LCD will display "Prog"

STEP 2 Press button IV for 1/2 second to turn vibrate on or off

I read the same thing. For whatever reason, this does NOT work !
