Hey guys I have a question for anyone that knows about viper stuff. I have a Ford Explorer that has a stock alarm system in it. I have been looking at the viper 571 XV remote start system and I was wondering if this system was an alarm as well. Now, I know that it is just considered a remote start system, but it does lock the doors and it will alert me if somone trys to start my car. My question is, if somone trys to break into my car will it act like an alarm and use the horn like a siren?

the 571 xv is just aremote start/keyless system No feedback if someone is try to start your vehicle or break into it. You can read up on it here
