i have a clifford matrix 3.2 installed on my 2000 pontiac grand am an the bypass unit is programed an i have the correct wires for the remote start i double checked them but my problem is i cant get it to remote start and i extended the crank time, switched it from tach to voltage and then even swtiched it from high-voltage check to low-voltage check. now im just confused right now cause it should be working. the remote start engages and the engine cranks but won't start. any help would be appreciated.

are you sure you have all of your ignition and accessory wires? check for a heavy gauge white or brown wire that might need to be powered up for it to start.
