I searched and didn't come up with any information on wiring reverse polarity door locks on a corvette. the diagram sheet says the wires are located in the driver kick panel. I have located the wires for lock and unlock but am confused about cutting them in this location because the diagram shows cutting between the switch and actuator. The wires in the kick panel comes from the switch. Can anyone add any insight to this. The lock wire is rd/blk, unlock or/blk. I'm installing a crimestopper FM two way unit. Thanks.

You are cutting them between the drivers switch and the passenger actuator when you tie in at the kick panel.
