I have all that info already the alarm is installed everything works great except the alarm falses do to the door trigger I hooked to the BLACK/ white wire(-) @ the domelight under dash I have tried isolating it with a relay still the same. I need each door trigger wire to try and diode isolate each switch. According to research that I have done everywhere it has to do with the computer going to sleep then sending out a signal about every 30 mins to see if any lights are on which is enough to trigger the alarm.

My notes show BLACK / YELLOW(-) at fem module in drivers kick. Chances are, on that car, even if you do find all the door triggers..they will rest at (-) and will show open when the door is open.

What would that wire be and does it need a relay or diode

the only BLACK / YELLOW wire i can find at the FEM is in a 20 pin connector pin 8 but it still rests on ground and open when the door is open

The BLACK/ yel wire is for the Dirvers door and yes checking diagrams online I have found that I guess all the door switches rest @ ground then open when the door is open. Does anyone have any ideas on how to work around theis mess.

HOWIE II already told you (there is a specific DEI accessory to counter this and revert to normally closed (i.e. goes to ground) when door is opened. Test to see if this is the case then speak to DEI tech for the part details)

I understand that however what I dont understand is why nobody else has had this prob with the lincoln ls also how would I speak with a dei tech. they are absolutley no help unless you are an installer and most installers Ive asked will only tell me to bring it in and they will do it!
