Im installing a Prestige APS-785 remote start alarm, and I dont know the color or location of the negative tach output lead.  This has put a hold on my installation.  The vehicle is a 2002 Dodge Ram 1500 (new bodystyle) 4-door truck.  Please e-mail all help to OhTwoCrewCabRam@aol.com

Thanx-    Chris

You didn't mention what engine you've got. The 4.7 has no coil, but you can hook to any one of the injector wires. Be sure to hook into the non-common wire (all the commons are the same color).

If you have another engine with a coil on the driver's side, hook to the black\grey right at hte coil. Good luck.
