I got at least 4 different sources that tell me I need to tag 3 triggers. Charts say the driver front is RED / GREEN, passenger is RED / BLACK, and rears are RED / WHITE. I had no problems tagging the fronts in and tested that they work. But when I hooked up the rear I get nothing. The rear triggers activate the domelight, but not the alarm. Is there a hidden wire I could tag into? Also for some reason the alarm is getting a constant ground signal from the RED / WHITE wire....making the alarm bypass that zone.

Most uplevel Toyota/Lexus have an illuminated ring around the ignition cylinder.

Does your have one? Does it light up when ANY of the four doors are opened? (The first-generation Tundra's ignition cylinder only lights up from the driver's door.)

Anyway, just go there behind the key cylinder and test all the small wires until you find the one that makes a ground when you open the door.

If the neg, door switched side of the domelight shuts down as soon as you lock the doors, go there.
