Hi experts, I am installing a headlight flasher inside of a 2007 Ford Expedition. It calls for a mounting location near the headlights, and I need to splice into the following wires: Driver/Passenger side lamps Night Cutout High Beam Override If you would like to see the installation guide, you can find it here: https://www.whelen.com/install/135/13510.pdf The installation part itself is not going to be hard, its figuring out where all the wires are that I need to tap into. I popped the hood and looked up front, there appears to be a fuse box with the harness going through it, so I may be able to tap into that. Any ideas? Thanks in advance!

The wiring that comes out of the fuse box likely does have what you need, but unless you know what the wire colors are, you'll be there probing and testing wires forever.
I've always connected headlight flashers directly behind the headlamps. At the bulb socket you're only going to have three wires, which makes things easier.
I think probably your best bet is to Google around and find how to go about replacing the headlight bulbs.....even though you're not replacing them of course, that'll get you the information you need. Might even be in the owner's manual.

the right side low beam is blue/green pin 4
the left side low beam is BROWN / blue pin 13
both 18 gauge wires at the SJB in a gray 13 pin connector
high beams
there is a 18 gauge yellow/violet wire pin 2 in that same connector
parking lights
there is a 22 gauge violet/white wire pin 6 in that same connector
all positive signals and all outputs of the SJB

Any idea what the ground active wire is for the parking lights? (look on page 2 of the install guide, bottom left diagram.) The parking lights are connected to both negative and positive active wires, apparently. I'm still a little fuzzy on why that would be...

im not sure on that wire i dont see it in the whelen install steps. What its looks like is if the car you are installing them in uses a negitive switched parking circuit you would connect it to the negitive circuit (which you wouldnt have in this case) i think its either or not both
