hi guys, i have a 1999 chevy suburban.  i have two sets of keyless remotes and neither one will lock/unlock or start vehicle.  they both used to work for these functions.  i changed the batteries and can see the red led light working for both.  they are either out of sync or receiver in truck is screwy is my guess.  any suggestions on how to get these evil little devices to work would be greatly appreciated.  i think the fcc id on the back is 5523518T1.  there might be a letter in the front but not sure.  thx
