need some help with alarm install, its basically the rightclick alarm, been trying to install it pretty much via guessing as the instructions are so rubbish,

ive wired it all up but ive never actually had an alarm in my car before lol, wondering how ultrasonic sensors work, when i arm the car windows all open its a 2dr by the way, i wave my hand past the sensor and nothing happens?

also with the immobilser, ive connected 2 ends to either side of the fuel pump wire, other end connects to the alarm and ive connected other end to acc wire,

when the alarm is active, i go to start the car alarm rings, i start the car and the entire car dies like everything all electrics nothing at all!,

i then have to remove battery and reattach it at this point car reactivates however now alarm is inactive?

not sure but it doesnt seem correct to me if someone could point me in the right direction that would be great, thanks alot

unfortunatly you purchased it already. i was going to say, adding abit more would have got you a much more reliable company that wont run you into problems.

post a wiring diagram if the unit if you can.

the wiring diagram is below, what i dont understand, is pretty much the immobilser relay connection, they guy said i had to connect the pin 86 of the relay to a constant 12v live,? ive connected it to the acc wire of the ignition,

also with the remote start told i had to connect WHITE/ black- start+ to rpm signal from the injectors? never heard of that before? does any of this sound odd lol, or is it normal ?

reading throug found another image from another post-posted_image

the immobilizer part is simply a starter kill.

with your relay.
85 - ground when armed from alarm
86 - ignition 1 on car
cut your starter wire in half
87a - starter wire key side(towards ignition cylinder)
30 - starter wire motor side (towards engine bay)

the WHITE/ blackmust be the tachometer wire. run this to injectors or coil. with your wiring diagram it should tell you where to find tach. remember to test all wires with a DMM (digital multi meter)

It's one of those Chinglish alarms, need I say more, throw it away or at least tells us what year, E36, E46 etc. The turn signals are wrong for either an E36 OR an E46. You will need a by-pass for the remote start + some vehicle specific wiring. You are on a hiding to nothing, also don't involve the GREEN/ purple fuel pump wire.

I did an E36 in 2 hours today, whilst I was showing someone else how to do an E30 all the time trying to do a "super" (it's for a show) job on a Nissan Pulsar Turbo! Boy am I tired!

Guess what? Look at the right side of your engine bay, sitting just in front of your wheel arch is something called a coil. Two 12 volt leads, one lead goes to 12V+ on ignition, the other one is what you need, black possibly marked 31 or -. Also known as the CB/Dist side of the coil.
If no coil, look to the engine bay diagnostic socket, if there's a black wire in there, that's it OR behind the inst. panel to the rev counter.

its possible, just use a relay wired as a starter kill.

toggle switch, one side to ground other wire to relay

85 - ground from toggle switch
86 - ignition 1
87a - start wire key side
30 - start wire motor side

yeah thats the immobiliser relay , i actually tried that, the immo relay actually connected to a constant 12v wire but on the instuctions it said to acc, and the rem start was the tach,
the r start wires just come straight from the main unit,

i allready bought it im thinking to just hide it under the dash or somewhere and wire it in between the starter or tach wire from the alarm thinking the tach cause it didnt start before at all so just gonna cut the wire from the alarm and wire the switch in beween, so i can disable when i want to,
