hey guys i have 94 chevy truck, i have shaved door handles and a door popper kit all ready installed. im in the process of building new interior door panels. i want to add a switch in side to pop the doors open. can i just use a momentary switch inline w/ the solenoids. as of now they operate thru a 2button remote. thanks n advance guys.

No, you need to wire the switch to a relay to send the power to the door popper.  On the relay there are numbers on the terminals.

constant +12V to terminals 85 and 30

terminal 87 to the +12 on your door popper

The on your pushbutton switch, one side to ground, and the other side to 86 on the relay

when you push the button it will send a ground to the relay coil, it will energize, sending the +12 volts to the popper.  You should put a fuse at your +12volt source
