Can SOmebody help me with the 8pin wiring when i connect it how i think it should be the starter goes off once the harness is plugged into the module. HELP!!!!

Anybody?

The issue im having is when i connect the violet wire to the starter wire in the ignition harness it put power to the starter. i tested it and it has 12+ at all times. maybe im just connecting it wrong.

any help appreciated
