I am installing seat heater in a 2010 Chevy Traverse I need to know the method of Hooking a relay to the 12v ign it has a thin wire there.

What I want to know is what way should the relay be wire to the 2010 Chevy Traverse it has a pink 12v ign wire at the wiring harness and it is a thin wire, so the seat heater need to be off when the ign Key is turn off and it cannot be on constant because customer sometime leave them on. Thank in advance.

You need to wire a relay and have the pink ignition wire trigger the relay only. Get power for the relay at any RED / white or RED / black that is heavy guage from under the dash. The pink ignition wire is only 2 amps...
