Hey guys, got a guy who has an 05 cobalt with a canmax400 in it, starts fine, everything works, it just won't shut off without unplugging the canmax400. Any suggestions?

Is the brake input connected to the remte start?

vehicle will not shut off when brake stepped on? valet switch turned off?  hood opened?

the guy said he tried everything, including what you mentioned, but i find it a little hard to believe, anyways he hung up and hasn't called back or left me his number, so i guess he plans on solving it himself. Thanks for the help anyways!
