please help i have a viper 5501 and im getting a error code of 7 also how do i get it out of manuel mode

with door open
key on then off
hold programming button
wait for 1 honk
continue holding
wait for 2 honks
continue holding
wait for 3 honks
let go
press once then release
press again and hold
you will hear 1 honk
now press lock/unlock until it honks twice.

hope someone can help me again installing a xpresskit solex d2d and the orange wire to ingition input but unit does not power up.. please help at wits end!!!!!!!!!!!!
