I installed an autopage c3RS915 with an idatalink adsalca in this 2006 Jeep Commander, and everything works great, other than I don't want the horn to honk when it locks, or when it remote starts. I know it locks the doors on remotestart, and that is what's causing the honk, is there a way to prevent this? Some way of getting around the factory alarm arm?

Thanks in advance.

From how I understand it, the bypass module sends the same command to the databus as the factory remotes do.

So theoretically I think if you turn off the horn honk with lock it would also stop it from honking after start. However, this will turn it off even if locking with the factory remote. Have a look at the owner's manual for the 06 Commander, you can find it here. Page 189 "Understanding your instrument panel/Customer programmable features"
