Hi I have a 99 suburban, ha-ha I don't even know how to explain this, but regardless I was cutting some plastic off the dash to do a double din conversion.

I didn't realize the blade protruded so far in an hacked a good chunk of the main wiring harness, I got it reassembled and everything works except the fuel pump after days of scratching my head i realized security light doesn't even turn on at all when the key is first inserted and turned to the on position.

Anyone has some insight ? I am going to look up what exactly security protocols it has but if there is no power going to it, is it possible to even bypass?

Any help is greatly appreciated !!

Well the update, the pump is now priming; I guess I just needed to reset the battery or kick the gas tank ha-ha but I am assuming I may be out of gas at this point. I knew it was low preemptive this ridiculous situation but if this doesn't solve the problem guess it is time to BURN it ha-ha
