check the downloads section of this site, it has what you're looking for.  Type in viper 5101(same exact piece you have, just different badge on it)

Here is the wire description from the Viper Install Guide :

H1/10 WHITE/ BLUE (-) REMOTE START/ TURBO TIMER ACTIVATION INPUT
This input comes from the factory set to 1 activation pulse. This means that it is
necessary to have a single ground pulse on the WHITE/ blue wire for the remote
start to activate or to deactivate.
The H1/10 wire can also be used to activate the Turbo Timer mode when the
car is running and this wire receives a ground.
Note: The number of activation inputs can be programmed to 1 or 2 pulses with
an optional momentary switch. This setting affects both the input wire and the
remote control when operating the remote starter.

This input has two possible basic functions.
Default is Remote Start - One Pulse.  Using Menu 3, Item 5 this can be changed to two pulses.

The second option is Turbo Timer Activation.  Using Menu 3, Item 6 the engine can be run for
an additional program selectable time after key removal for turbo cool down.

If you don't want / need either of these functions, just insulate this wire.

See page 18 and 52 of the install guide ( https://www.the12volt.com/installbay/file.asp?ID=830 ).

Does the F150 have Factory Remote Keyless Entry?  If it does, you should be able to connect the Viper
directly to the correct wires.  Standard Type B (-) Locks.

If the truck did not come equipped with Factory RKE, then you have Type C and will need relays to
control the locks from the Viper.  Here is a link to the relay wiring :  https://www.the12volt.com/doorlocks/page3.asp#5w

Here is a note from DEI :
Power Lock    pink / YELLOW    passenger kick panel
Power Unlock  pink/green     passenger kick panel
Negative pulse, type B, on keyless entry models. Five wire, type C, on non-keyless models, mastered
from the driver switch.

Here is the note from Bulldog :
POWER LOCK     PINK / YELLOW (TYPE C), See NOTE #3         IN PASSENGER KICK PANEL
POWER UNLOCK   PINK/LIGHT GREEN (TYPE C), See NOTE #3    IN PASSENGER KICK PANEL
NOTE #3: If vehicle is equipped with FACTORY KEYLESS ENTRY it is a TYPE "B" Door Locking  System,
without FACTORY KEYLESS it is a TYPE "C". Use the DRIVERS SIDE Switch as the Master Switch when testing.

When you clink on the link above it brings you to the door lock relay wiring page.  The diagram listed as
"5 Wire Alternating 12 Volts Positive Door Locks" is the one you want if you have a vehicle with factory
power door locks without factory remote keyless entry in your F150.
Here is another diagram from Commando :  https://www.commandocaralarms.com/downloads/reversepolaritylocks.pdf
Here is another diagram from Bulldog Security using their #778 pre-wired relays :  https://www.bulldogsecurity.com/diagrams/778%20RELAY%20for%20TYPE%20C%20DOOR%20LOCKS%20DIAGRAMJPG.jpg
Another way is to use the DEI 451M door lock relay module ( ~$10 ).  Here is a link to the 451M guide : https://www.the12volt.com/installbay/file.asp?ID=726
Page 3 has the Type C instructions and diagram.

Ok thanks kreg357 got the locks working...
I think i got one more question (I hope).
The H3/1 and H3/5 both go on the ignition wire on my truck and H3/2 and H3/6 go on my 2nd ignition wire on my truck right? The problem is i got 3 ignition wires on my truck. :/ i figure i will have to relay it but dont know how. plz help :)
And i believe i understand where the rest of the heavy gauge remote start wirs(H3) go.

I have a 99 f150 v8 5.4l xlt.
thanks again
