Hello all..have a question about the above install. Was planning to use a PLJX, but realized this won't take care of locks. From searching about this site, doing the locks direct from the R/S looks a bit complicated on this vehicle....am I correct in this assumption? Am I better off looking at a different module, one that will handle both locks and bypass....any recommendations for something that keeps the install as simple as possible.Prefer bypass from Directed as I have an XKLoader and some experience with flashing these. Any opinions/advice welcomed...this, Al

Just use the GMDLBP. Does door locks and bypass. Simple connection at the Class II data wire at the OBDII connector.

Here is another option.  While I still prefer iDatalink products, if you want something you can flash with your XKLoader, look for a DLPKGM bypass module.

It is really a re-badged Fortin piece ( INT-SL ) and as such works well and very reliable.  While you could go DBI D2D, think I would still go W2W.

Soldering is fun!
