hey not sure what wires or wires to hook up to my flashlogic bypass from my hornet 564t alarm and starter. the flashlogic unit says hook up the starter wire to it but the alarm an start unit has 2 a keyside and a motorside not sure which 1 to connect or should I connect them both?

Could use some more info.  What Year, Make and Model of vehicle?  What firmware is flashed on to the FLCAN? 

Typically, if the bypass needs to see a (+) Starter input, you would use the "motor" side ( Purple wire ) from the R/S.

the vehicle is a 2009 jeep liberty, the firmware on the bypass is FLC-AD(DL)-ch5. guide # 10762.
