i recently did a diy instal on my 04 civic. i installed a 350hv viper. no problems initially. today i put in a glass break sensor, tilt sensor, and back up battery and now its giving me a system armed with bypass notification. its triggering the notification on zone 4 which is the glass break sensor/ optional inputs. the only thing i have hooked up there is the glass break sensor but as far as i can tell the sensor is working correctly. what could be the issue?

The output of the glass break sensor is not the right trigger or phase the alarm unit wants.

That means, for example, the trigger coming out of the sensor is opposite what the alarm wants. Say your sensor output wire is grounded when at rest, but the alarm wire is a NEGATIVE trigger, then it thinks the sensor is triggered.

IF the trigger is OPEN at rest, but the alarm trigger wire wants GROUND or POSITIVE at rest, then it thinks the sensor was triggered because it detects nothing.

How would I go about fixing this. Currently I have the sensor wired with ground when armed to the orange ground when armed output of alarm. The instant trigger wired to blue instant trigger alarm wire and 12 volt constant wired to red 12 volt constant on alarm
