I am wondering which wires to connect in order to do everything I can properly. I already have a wiring diagram for the 2003 Sonata however, I am very lost with the manual involving the remote start kit...If I need to present anymore information it is not a problem thank you :).

What you hook-up depends on your vehicle. You connect what you need and ignore the rest.

I have the say the install guide for the avital 4103 is as basic and informative as it gets for DEI. If you look at the guide for something like a viper it gives alot less information. My suggestion is to read the entire manual and try to learn the system. Someone who does not understand what they are putting in or how to put it in probably should not be putting it in. We are here to answer questions but we can not lay out a step-by-step ikea-type installation guide for everyone that comes here with a screwdriver for tools. Also it's a liability issue, if we tell you do do something, you do it, and it damages the vehicle or alarm/rs then possibly being on the hook for the damage is no good. However answering a few questions is ok since majority of the project is done with your own competence and understanding which leaves you informed enough as to whether you actually want to do something someone on the internet recommended i.e. you knew enough that what you did was your own decision and not the responsibility of someone else.

Again, I reiterate read and learn the manual then try to understand your wiring diagram for the sonata and formulate an idea of what goes where in the install. Any specific questions, don't hesitate to ask on here.

Amateurs assume, don't test and have problems; pros test first. I am not a free install service.
Read the installation manual, do a search here or online for your vehicle wiring before posting.
