Highly unlikely all triggers to that alarm should go through the CAN system and factory alarms almost never have aux. sensor inputs. You could tie it to a door trigger.
Except that won't work because again there's no GWA on a factory alarm, so every tome the shock trips it will bring on your dome light.

You could add an aftermarket factory alarm add on system. You would still use your factory remote but it would activate and deactivate new features like shock sensors etc when you lock and unlock your system via factory remote.

Good point try Viper, 3300 series, siren, optional sensors +, - and 2 CAN connections.

Not really a viper fan and will only use it if there is nothing else.   Are there any other factory after markets that you would recommend? And are they installer friendly?

They make aftermarket shock sensors for OEM alarms as I recent found out, the 504K being one of them. You can go that route as well. Myself, I wouldn't spend the money for just a shock sensor upgrade.

X 2 with Catback rather have a dual zone prox with warn away any day.
Either way you need to relay isolate either or both trigger wires so it doesn't work with the ignition on.
I've installed loads of 3303s, reliable alarm with a built in shock sensor
Frankly a good installer should be happy with any product from Avox/Code/Prestige, Comp, or DEI.
We install about 10 5X04/6 a week here in the UK, never had a brain go down on us yet.

It does have a hood pin. You should be able to add shock to this.
